1. Customer Operations & Delivery (hands-on)
Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers
Operate Azure environments day-to-day: respond to customer requests, enable services, provision and configure resources, troubleshoot incidents
Implement and maintain:
Networking: VNets, VNet Peering, Virtual WAN, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, NSGs, Private Endpoints
Compute: Virtual Machines, VM Scale Sets, App Service, Azure Container Apps, AKS, Azure Functions
Storage: Managed Disks, Blob Storage, Azure Files, backup and disaster recovery
Security & Identity: Microsoft Entra ID, Azure RBAC, Management Groups, Azure Policy, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, Conditional Access
Observability & Operations: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, alerting, runbooks
Design, review, and validate Azure architectures aligned with the Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework
Guide customers on cost optimization, scalability, security, and reliability
Lead migrations, modernization,



and cloud-native adoption initiatives

2. Presales & Commercial Support
Participate in discovery calls and technical workshops
Translate business requirements into technical architectures
Create high-level solution designs, diagrams, and proposals
Contribute to statements of work (SoWs), effort estimations, and technical assumptions
Partner with sales to articulate value propositions and technical differentiators
Position Azure services, Microsoft partner programs, and best-fit architectures

3. Internal Collaboration
Mentor junior engineers and architects
Contribute to internal architecture standards, runbooks, automation, and documentation
Support Microsoft Partner initiatives (Solutions Partner designations, Azure Expert MSP, specializations, audits)
Share knowledge through internal sessions and documentation

8+ years of experience in IT / infrastructure / cloud engineering
5+ years of han
