- Cross-sellingofothercompanyoperationsthroughfullyintegratedsolutions
- Interfacingwithcontractors,vendors,andin-houseoperations
- Coordinateanddirectworkforce
- Supportinganinjuryfreeworkenvironmentandsafetyculture

- 5yearsconstructionprojectexperienceintheregionalmarketwithprovenrecordof successfulrelationshipsandmarketingskills,preferred
- Priorexperiencewithdesign/build,preferred
- Superiorknowledgeofelectricalcodesandconstructionmethods
- Demonstratedabilitytoread,understand,andwritecontracts
- Experiencedinwritingdetailedscopeproposals
- Strongcomputerskills–Excel,Word,estimatingsoftware(ConEstaplus)
- Excellentpeople,communicationandnegotiatingskills





Salaryrangeforthispositionis$115,000-$180,000annually.
