Litigation Paralegal with Personal Injury experience

Location: Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Guatemala, Argentina Honduras

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Role Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal with experience in Personal Injury (PI) litigation. This role will provide critical support to attorneys and paralegals, ensuring smooth case management and efficient handling of litigation tasks.

Requirements

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation.

* Strong knowledge of civil procedure and court rules.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

* Proficiency in legal software and case management tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Discovery management: Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing discovery requests and responses.

* Court calendar coordination: Maintain and update deadlines, hearings, and trial schedules.

* Deposition scheduling: Organize deposition dates, coordinate with witnesses,



and prepare supporting materials.

* Case file organization: Ensure all pleadings, motions, and correspondence are properly filed and accessible.

* Stateside paralegal support: Primarily focused on assisting the U.S.-based paralegal with case preparation, administrative tasks, and coordination.

* Client communication: Draft professional correspondence and provide updates under attorney supervision.

* Trial preparation: Assist with exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
