Are you passionate about social media, storytelling, and building meaningful connections through content? We're looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee and grow the online presence of a portfolio of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage and schedule content across Facebook & Instagram
✅ Create engaging content calendars and family-focused storytelling
✅ Coordinate with community teams to gather photos, videos, and success stories
✅ Monitor engagement, comments, and messages
✅ Track performance and recommend improvements
✅ Maintain brand consistency across multiple locations

What We're Looking For





✔* 2+ years of Social Media Management experience
✔* Experience managing multiple accounts or brands
✔* Strong written English skills
✔* Excellent organization and attention to detail
✔* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
