Job description

- Outbound Calls: Initiating calls to customers or prospects based on a predetermined list or campaign objectives.
- Lead Research: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online databases, social media, industry events, and networking.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and prospects, including email campaigns & cold calling
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, track lead progress, and report on lead generation metrics.
- Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads through personalized follow-up communications to build relationships and guide them through the sales funnel. Utilize email, phone calls, and other outreach methods to address their needs, answer questions, and encourage further engagement.
- Progress Tracking:



Monitor lead interactions and progress in the CRM system. Schedule and manage follow-up activities to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Customer Service or Sales: Depending on the nature of the organization, outbound callers may engage in sales activities, such as pitching products or services, or provide customer support, such as resolving issues or answering queries.
- Building Relationships: Developing rapport with customers or prospects to enhance engagement and achieve desired outcomes, whether it's making a sale, gathering information, or resolving concerns.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Recording call details, customer information, and outcomes accurately in the company's database or CRM system.
- Meeting Targets: Meeting or exceeding predefined targets or quotas for call volume, sales, conversion rates, or other performance metrics.
- Time Management: Efficiently managing time to maximize productivity and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, such as those related to consumer protection, privacy, and telemarketing practice
