Canaway Integral Learning is looking for a responsible, dynamic, and experienced Online English Teacher to teach both Junior and Adult students in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and interactive online English classes to Junior and Adult students.
- Adapt teaching strategies according to students’ age, level, and learning needs.
- Follow the provided curriculum, teaching materials, and lesson plans.
- Encourage active student participation.
- Create a positive, respectful, and motivating learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance and class records.
- Communicate professionally with students and members of the academic team.
- Attend meetings when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Previous experience teaching English, preferably online.
- Experience teaching both teenagers and adults is an asset.




- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms such as Zoom and Google Workspace.
- Stable internet connection and a suitable environment for teaching online.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to deliver engaging lessons and motivate students of different ages and levels.
