We are looking for a Customer Support to deliver an outstanding experience to our international clients while ensuring smooth communication between customers and our design team. This role is responsible for understanding client needs, coordinating projects efficiently, and contributing to the high-quality service that defines 24Slides.

Responsibilities
- Engage with international clients through chat, email, and phone.
- Translate client requests into clear and accurate briefs for the design team.
- Monitor project deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Support designers by typing and organizing presentation content when needed.
- Review project details before submission to ensure they align with client requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented experience.
- Collaborate closely with designers and internal teams to ensure project success.

Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.




- Availability to work rotating shifts:
- Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and graphic design is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
