What you will do?
- Manage the organization's assigned accounts and maintain long-term relationships between those clients and the company.
- Negotiate the sale of unitary HVAC equipment within assigned channels.
- Identify and secure projects involving unitary equipment, providing advice on the equipment's advantages.
- Develop strategies targeting assigned distribution and retail channels to achieve goals.
- Update weekly "Sell-In" and "Sell-Out" plans with retail and dealer channels.
- Conduct sales training sessions in Lima and the provinces as required.
- Coordinate events for assigned accounts with the Marketing department.
- Track and record dealer/retailer marketing activities (COOP).
- Achievement of business unit KPIs.
