Purpose

Contribute to the overall success of GHR (Bank and subsidiaries), providing Risk Management support ensuring that specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensure that all activities, including Non-Financial Risk, Compliance, audit and business strategy responsibilities, are conducted in compliance with applicable local regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

The incumbent is responsible for the execution of programs, methodologies, and tools under the Non-Financial Risk and Compliance Framework for General HR (Bank and subsidiaries), in accordance with local regulations, ensuring their sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized expertise,



ensuring that appropriate Regulatory Compliance processes and controls are in place and properly executed to support business plan growth, increase productivity, mitigate risks, and deliver consistent client experience in the supported countries.
• Implement, coordinate, and support Compliance activities, including but not limited to: Compliance Risk and Control Assessment (CRCA), Privacy, Regulatory Libraries, regulatory change management, monitoring and reporting of findings, and other assigned compliance programs.
• Support GHR in the preparation and oversight of HR Audits, ensuring, audit readiness, support the team in addressing findings, review remediation efforts, action plans and closing packages, ensuring that operational deficiencies are addressed and operational soundness is maintained.
• Collaborate with GHR teams, coordinating and providing support for Regulatory Compliance Management
