The Role

As a part‑time Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the bridge between prospective customers and the product. In this customer‑facing role you’ll lead live Zoom demos for trial users, help them understand the platform, evaluate its value, and move confidently toward a purchase decision. You’ll also support existing customers by answering questions, providing guidance, and helping them get the most out of the platform. This consultative role combines elements of sales, customer success, and product expertise. You will confidently guide conversations, understand accounting and bookkeeping fundamentals, and deliver a great customer experience in every interaction.
