Volunteer Finance Help Desk Support: Cary, North Carolina (USA) or remote
Our Finance team is seeking a volunteer to help support and respond to finance-related help tickets.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to finance-related help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 Business Central,
including journal entries, account reconciliation, reporting, and system navigation.
Collaborate with finance team members across global locations to understand and address their concerns.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams or external support when necessary.
Document solutions and contribute to a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in identifying recurring issues and recommending process improvements.
Qualifications
Experience working with D365 Business Central, particularly in a non-profit finance or accounting context.
Strong understanding of finance principles and processes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Previous help desk or support experience is a plus.
