El/La Customer Collaboration Analyst - CONTRATO TEMPORAL – PLAZO 7 MESES) reportando al Customer Collaboration Lead, se encargará de analizar y monitorear indicadores de disponibilidad,



inventario y nivel de servicio para identificar riesgos, oportunidades y acciones que contribuyan a garantizar la disponibilidad de producto en el mercado. Generar visibilidad y recomendaciones para apoyar la toma de decisiones de Supply Chain y Comercial, así como dar soporte a iniciativas de Customer Collaboration orientadas a optimizar procesos logísticos, reducir quiebres y mejorar la experiencia del cliente, promoviendo la mejora continua y una gestión basada en datos.
Principales responsabilidades:
Monitorear y analizar la disponibilidad de producto, identificando riesgos de cobertura, suministro e inventario que puedan impactar el nivel de servicio y la continuidad de abastecimiento.
Generar visibilidad sobre indicadores principal de disponibilidad y servicio (OTIF, Fill Rate, OSA, cobertura, rotación y SLOB), identificando tendencias, riesgos y oportunidades de mejora.
