NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Global Gateway Transport and Urban Facility 2 – EC-INTPA/2026/EA-RP/0006.”

The overall objective of the project is to support the global transition towards inclusive, smart, clean, safe, secure, resilient and sustainable transport and cities in partner countries, in line with the Integral Gateway strategy and the European Green Deal's geopolitical offer.

The contract is expected to start in January 2027 and will have an implementation period of 48 months. Experts may be mobilised for short-term technical assistance assignments globally,



with a particular focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Asia and the Pacific.

We are seeking experienced professionals across a broad range of transport and mobility disciplines to join our Transport Experts Talent Pool.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the identification, preparation, appraisal and implementation of transport and connectivity projects.
Conducting prefeasibility and feasibility studies, technical assessments, economic and financial analyses, and sector studies.
Supporting transport infrastructure planning, design, rehabilitation, modernisation and investment planning.
Assisting public authorities and transport institutions in developing policies, strategies, regulatory frameworks and sector reform programmes.
Supporting the preparation of transport investment pipelines aligned with Global Gateway and European Green Deal priorities.
