We are looking for a Business Development Manager.

You will report to the Group Sales Director - Remote sites,



and contribute to the commercial development of Newrest’s RemoteSite & Base Camp activities across key sectors including Oil & Gas,Mining and Energy.

Based in South America, within theRemote Sites Development team, the role combines strategic businessdevelopment, tender management, and client relationship leadership in complexinternational environments.

Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and develop new clients across target industries (Oil & Gas onshore & offshore, Mining, Energy, Engineering & Construction).
- Strengthen Newrest’s positioning with major international contractors and operators, ensuring strong market visibility and reference.
- Build and maintain a robust commercial pipeline.
- Establish and strengthen long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.

Tendering and contract acquisition
- Lead the preparation of bids and responses to tenders, covering technical, financial, legal, and human aspects.
