We are looking for a Technical Presales Specialist to provide consultative technical support and drive the promotion of technology solutions tailored to the education sector. This position plays a key role in supporting commercial teams by contributing to the development of business opportunities through the demonstration, validation, and implementation of projectors, scanners, and printing solutions.
The idóneo candidate will have solid experience in presales activities and the deployment of technology solutions for educational institutions, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into value-driven proposals that support the adoption of new technologies. This individual will be responsible for leading product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), training sessions, and specialized technical support activities, working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Technical Service teams.

principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Under limited supervision:
- Provide specialized technical assistance and support, both pre- and post-sales, for projectors, printing, and scanning solutions, while supporting Sales and Marketing initiatives.
- Partner with the Sales team to develop and generate demand for new business opportunities through the execution of strategies that contribute to achieving commercial objectives.
- Support the Sales organization through customer visits and presentations to end-users within the education sector.
- Conduct product demonstrations prior to installation when required.
- Provide technical support to other countries within the region as needed.
- Collaborate with the Technical Service and Support teams on both presales and post-sales activities when applicable.
- Participate in internal and external training programs related to applicable products
