About This Role
As the Revenue Growth Management Manager, you will lead the market's RGM agenda and drive value creation across the commercial organization. You will leverage data, analytics and market insights to identify opportunities that enhance revenue quality, improve profitability and optimize commercial investments. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring growth is achieved through disciplined decision-making across pricing, promotions, pack-price architecture, trade investment, customer profitability and portfolio mix. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Marketing and Commercial Leadership to embed RGM principles into planning processes and drive sustainable business performance.
