We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented F&B; Training Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that strengthen service excellence within Food & Beverage operations. This role serves as a strategic partner to leaders and subject matter experts to ensure team members at all levels have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to provide world-class dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, design, and implement training programs for Food & Beverage staff across casual and full-service dining venues.
- Partner with subject matter experts and F&B; leadership to identify learning needs and define objectives.
- Develop training materials including guides, workbooks, online modules, and job aids.
- Coordinate and facilitate various training approaches, including classroom sessions and on-the-job training.
- Utilize needs analysis and data to evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations.





Requirements and Qualifications

Required

- Experience in F&B; training, hospitality operations, or Learning & Development.
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training evaluation models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred

- Experience in both quick-service and full-service dining operations.
- Extensive knowledge of luxury service standards.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and eLearning development software (e.g., Articulate 360).
