We are looking for a Core Senior Recruiter to support a leading data center consulting and engineering Client , partnering with hiring managers across Peru and LATAM to attract exceptional engineering professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter with strong sourcing expertise, a consultative mindset, and the confidence to work directly with stakeholders and clients in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management.

Recruit for specialized engineering and project management positions, including:

- Mechanical Engineers
- Electrical Engineers
- ICT (Information and Communications Technology) Engineers

Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill engineering positions.

Provide market intelligence, talent insights,



and recruitment recommendations.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring goals and timelines.

Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records within recruiting systems and tools.

What We're Looking For

4-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or data center environments.

Proven success recruiting for technical and specialized talent.

Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline-building capabilities.

Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to quickly understand technical job requirements and industry terminology.

Experience supporting recruitment initiatives across LATAM.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
