Lead Generation Specialist Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales team by identifying, validating, and maintaining high-quality prospect data. This role is focused on research, data enrichment, and CRM management, ensuring our database remains accurate, organized, and actionable for business development efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys investigative research, working with data, and maintaining high levels of accuracy in a structured environment. This is not a customer-facing role and does not involve cold calling or outbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online research to identify target companies and key decision-makers.
- Use LinkedIn, company websites, databases, and other sources to gather and validate contact information.
- Build, update, and maintain prospect records within the CRM.
- Enrich existing records with accurate data, including job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, and company details.
- Verify information across multiple sources to ensure data integrity.
- Perform database clean-up activities, including duplicate removal and record standardization.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, organization, and consistency across all data-related tasks.




- Support sales initiatives by providing reliable and up-to-date prospect information.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in Lead Generation, Data Research, Data Entry, CRM Management, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using LinkedIn and CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Strong organizational skills and sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with data enrichment tools and prospecting platforms.
- Background supporting Sales or Business Development teams.
- Demonstrated job stability and strong work ethic.

Monday to Friday 9~00 AM - 5~00 PM EST
