Arvenda is a staffing company connecting top LATAM talent with U.S.-based agencies. We are recruiting a creative, high-energy AI Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to power a multi-brand content engine — combining human storytelling with generative AI workflows to produce top-tier short-form video in the style of leading business podcasts and executive personal brands.

Salary: $1,800 – $2,000 USD/month

Schedule: Full-time · CST hours

Mandatory: 2-minute video introduction in English required to apply

What you'll do

Concept, script, record, edit, and generate high-impact short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for agency channels, executive brands, and client accounts

Produce high-quality video assets and podcast clips in the aesthetic of top business podcast and executive thought leadership accounts

Leverage generative AI tools (video generation, voice synthesis, image generation) to build scalable, high-efficiency editing workflows

Confidently present AI-generated creative concepts, social calendars, and performance summaries directly to U.S. clients in fluent English

Manage multi-platform content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics

Collaborate with creative directors, performance marketers, and account managers to align content with campaign strategy

What we're looking for





2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, short-form video editing, and AI content creation

Exceptional fluent spoken and written English — required for client-facing presentations and video calls

Strong portfolio featuring short-form video edits, specifically business podcast clips or executive personal brand content

High proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Canva/Figma, integrated with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, or similar)

Based in LATAM with reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for client calls

Nice to have

Experience editing or managing content for business/deal podcasts or high-profile creator accounts
