A CSE is a Senior Engineer, part of an elite team, who acts as an architect and advisor to the field engineering and accounts teams. As a CSE you will engage in large deals across a range of industries by providing expert advice on the design, architecture and implementation of solutions that best meet the specific customer’s needs. You will work alongside peer field engineers, account teams, and channel partners that may be involved, throughout the sales process.
The CSE is expected to shape the positive outcome of customer engagements such as presentations, meetings, demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) activities.
