Role Overview

Wolfline BPO is seeking professional Spanish–English Video Remote Interpreters to support clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate communication between English- and Spanish-speaking participants. This is a work-from-home opportunity for candidates who can deliver reliable interpretation, protect confidential information, and maintain a professional on-camera presence in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate, complete, and impartial consecutive interpretation between Spanish and English through video calls.
- Convey meaning, tone, intent, and relevant cultural context without adding, omitting, or altering information.
- Follow interpretation protocols, client procedures, call-flow requirements, and professional standards of conduct.
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information during and after every session.
- Manage sessions professionally, including introductions, turn-taking, clarification requests, and appropriate closure.
- Maintain a professional appearance, neutral background, suitable lighting, and distraction-free workspace for video sessions.
- Attend and successfully complete all assigned training, assessments, coaching, and nesting activities.
- Report technical, quality, attendance, or operational issues promptly through the designated channels.

Required Qualifications

- Advanced or professional proficiency in both spoken Spanish and English.
- Strong listening, comprehension, memory retention, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain neutral, composed, and accurate in sensitive or high-pressure conversations.




- Professional demeanor and confidence communicating on camera.
- Ability to follow schedules, procedures, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements consistently.
- Legal authorization to work as an independent remote professional in the candidate's country of residence, as applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous OPI or VRI interpreting experience, particularly in medical, customer service, insurance, or related environments.
- Interpreter training, certification, or documented knowledge of interpretation ethics and protocols.
- Prior remote-work, contact-center, or client-facing experience.

Technical & Workspace Requirements

Candidates must successfully complete two technical readiness validations: one during recruitment and another during the final week of training before nesting.

- A reliable computer with minimum (Intel i5 8th Gen, 8GB RAM or Equivalent)
- Stable, high-speed wired internet connection that meets the required performance standards.
- A compliant USB or wired headset with clear audio and noise control.
- A functional Min. 720p webcam capable of producing clear, professional video.
- A private, quiet, well-lit workspace free from interruptions and visible confidential information.




- Ability to maintain the same approved equipment, internet service, and work location throughout training and production, or promptly report changes for revalidation.

Training & Onboarding

- Three weeks of instructor-led training, including interpretation protocols, terminology, platform use, quality expectations, and client procedures.
- A second technical validation during Week 3 of training.
- One week of supervised nesting before transition to production.
- Successful completion of training, assessments, technical checks, and nesting is required to move into production.

- Strong adherence to confidentiality, ethics, client requirements, and quality standards.
- Constructive response to feedback and continuous improvement throughout training and production.

Selection Process The process may include application review, bilingual screening, interview, language or interpretation assessment, technical readiness validation, and pre-employment compliance screening. Candidates must pass all required stages before enrollment in a training cohort.
