We are a premium interstate passenger transportation company operating in Florida and Texas, known for comfort, punctuality, and safety, backed by a modern fleet and advanced monitoring systems.

We're looking for a Head of Operations to lead our driver team, own road safety and fleet performance, and drive the operational KPIs that keep our service running at its best.

This is a remote position with regular travel availability to our bases across Florida and Texas.

? Driver management — staffing, scheduling, performance, and retention

? Road safety culture — telemetry-based coaching, DVIR, safety committee

? Accident/incident management — prevention, investigation, cost control

? Fleet optimization — availability, maintenance, fuel efficiency

? KPI governance and cost-reduction initiatives

? Full DOT/FMCSA compliance-

✅ 6+ years in ground passenger or freight transportation operations

✅ 3+ years leading operational teams directly

✅ Proven experience in road safety and accident/incident investigation

✅ Fleet and maintenance management with KPI-based cost control

✅ Multi-base / multi-state, DOT/FMCSA-regulated experience preferred

✅ Professional-level English required; Spanish a plus
