We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly resourceful
Home Insurance Virtual Assistant (
*Spanish Bilingual)*
to support our client's growing agency.

This is not a typical entry-level data entry position—we are looking for a reliable operational partner who can take ownership of daily administrative tasks, manage policy lifecycles, and navigate carrier portals independently.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Rate: $6.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Policy & Lifecycle Management
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and certificates of insurance (COIs).
- Communicate directly with mortgage companies and lenders to update policy details, loss payee clauses, and mortgagee info.
- Navigate and update multiple insurance carrier systems and portals efficiently.

Collections & Account Support
- Conduct courteous follow-ups via phone and email for overdue payments and collections.
- Handle incoming basic customer support queries regarding policy statuses and updates.




- Ensure accurate, timely updates across our agency CRM and database systems.

Administrative & Workflow Ownership
- Manage agency email inboxes, prioritizing urgent client and carrier communications.
- Take initiative to solve operational bottlenecks and build personal cheat-sheets/workflows where formal SOPs are absent.
- Maintain strict adherence to data privacy standards when handling sensitive customer information (SSN, banking details, policy docs).

Mandatory Requirements:

Insurance Experience:
At least 1–2 years of experience supporting US-based personal or commercial insurance agencies.

Software Proficiency:
- Google Workspace & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Hands-on experience with Agency Management Systems (e.g., EZLynx, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, AMS360) and carrier portals.

Strong problem-solving ability with a proven track record of working independently without s
