We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Routing & Logistics Specialist / Dispatcher to manage daily transportation and dispatch operations. This role focuses on real-time logistics execution, load coordination, route tracking, and operational problem-solving.

The position starts part-time during training and transitions to full-time based on performance. Schedule flexibility is required, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor shipments, routes, and delivery schedules in real time

- Assign loads and communicate with drivers to ensure efficient operations

- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or disruptions

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, issues, and operational updates

- Collaborate with operations, planning, and customer support teams

- Optimize routes and resource allocation to improve efficiency

- Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics best practices





Requirements

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and tracking systems

- Availability for adaptable shifts, including nights and weekends

- Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation is a plus but not required

Compensation & Schedule

- Training: Part-time, $800/month

- After Training: Full-time, $1,700–$1,800/month

- Schedule: Shift-based with flexibility required
