About the Role:

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role supporting our Business Consultants by streamlining administrative processes, managing RFPs, preparing proposals, and collaborating closely with both the sales and underwriting teams. Your efforts will empower our sales professionals to focus on client engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and manage RFP documentation for completeness.
- Coordinate with Business Consultants to acquire missing details.
- Enter and track RFPs in Salesforce, ensuring timely submissions to the underwriting team.
- Prepare and organize proposal documents aligned with client needs.
- Identify new opportunities for demo and benefit strategy calls.




- Assist in updating process documentation and maintaining accurate data in Salesforce.
- Support reporting functions and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1-3 years as an Administrative Assistant, preferably serving English-speaking clients.
- Language: Advanced English proficiency (B2+ to C1).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Availability: Full-time, on-site (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST).
