We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Peru Payroll to support enhancement requests, compliance requirements, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The consultant will work within an SAP HCM environment, supporting payroll configuration, troubleshooting, reconciliation, statutory requirements, and ongoing system enhancements related to Peruvian Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and maintain SAP HCM Payroll for Peru.
- Analyze and implement payroll enhancement requests and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Configure and troubleshoot Payroll Schemas, PCRs, and Wage Types.
- Support payroll posting and reconciliation activities.
- Manage and troubleshoot retroactive payroll calculations.




- Analyze the impact of absences and leaves on payroll calculations.
- Support statutory and regulatory payroll processes applicable to Peru.
- Investigate and resolve complex payroll calculation issues.
- Perform payroll testing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Support production issues and payroll-related incidents.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, HR, Payroll, and Finance teams as needed.
- Ensure payroll configuration and processes remain aligned with applicable Peruvian requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8 years of SAP Payroll experience.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP HCM Payroll for Peru.
- Strong expertise in:
- Payroll Schemas
- PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules)
- Wage Type Configuration
- Payroll Posting
- Retroactive Calculations
- Absence and Leave Impacts on Payroll
- Statutory and Regulatory Payroll Processes
- Experience troubleshooting complex payroll calculation issues.
- Strong payroll testing and reconciliation knowledge.
- Experience supporting SAP Payroll enhancement and production support projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.
- Professional English communication skills.
