Bilingual Full-Cycle Accounting Specialist
to support our US-based clients. Since ****, MOD has been a general leader in connecting top-tier talent with the North American market. In this role, you aren't just a "hands-off" analyst; you are a proactive expert acting as an indispensable partner for US businesses. You will manage the entire accounting spectrum—from high-volume data entry and AP/AR to complex bank reconciliations, payroll, and US GAAP compliance.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Ownership:
Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger maintenance with total precision.
US GAAP Compliance:
Ensure all financial processes and statements adhere strictly to US GAAP and international accounting standards.
Reconciliation & Accuracy:
Perform daily and monthly bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations to ensure zero discrepancies.
Payroll & Taxes:
Support US-based payroll processing and ensure compliance with financial standards and tax requirements.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze cash flow statements, forecasts, and monthly financial reports to provide strategic insights.
Bilingual Communication:
Communicate directly with US stakeholders in English to resolve inquiries and manage financial documentation.
Operational Excellence:




Handle essential data entry and document organization to maintain a clean, audit-ready financial environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, specifically within an international or outsourcing setting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero highly preferred, plus advanced MS Excel skills.
Language:
Advanced/Fluent English (C1 level) with professional business communication skills.
US GAAP:
Proven knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Availability:
Must be able to work on-site in San Isidro and adapt to U.S. time zones (48-hour work week).
Location:
Ability to work on-site at our San Isidro headquarters in Lima.
