What if your creativity and curiosity could directly shape how the world's most advanced AI systems think, reason, and communicate? We're looking for Prompt Writers to craft the questions, scenarios, and challenges that push AI to its limits — helping build smarter, safer, and more capable technology.
This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role open to anyone with a sharp, creative mind and strong writing skills. No technical background or prior AI experience required — just an ability to think outside the box and write with clarity and intention.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Craft original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics — from science and philosophy to creative writing, logic puzzles, and everyday scenarios
Design questions and challenges that test AI reasoning, accuracy, creativity, and safety
Build prompts that expose weaknesses, probe edge cases, and encourage better AI responses
Follow structured style guides and prompt-writing frameworks
Refine and iterate on your prompts based on project feedback and evolving goals
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Creative thinker with a genuine curiosity about ideas across many domains
Strong written communication skills — clear, intentional, and precise
Comfortable writing across diverse topics without needing to be an expert in each
Detail-oriented and able to follow structured guidelines consistently
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
No AI, technical, or academic background required
Nice to Have
Background in writing, journalism, education, philosophy, or research
Experience with creative writing, copywriting, or content creation
Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user
Broad general knowledge and an appetite for intellectual exploration
