What Will You Do?
As a Data Specialist Associate I at BBVA, you will generate data-based proposals to add incremental value to the business commercial campaigns. You will monitor CRM productivity KPIs such as OR, CTR, CTRO, and conversion rates from implemented campaigns. Additionally, you will propose and track the implementation of CRM experiments including pilots and A/B testing while ensuring operational efficiencies through automation of commercial communications.
