We are seeking an experienced Principal Cloud Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, cloud-native applications on AWS. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in designing serverless solutions, mentoring engineering teams, and driving engineering excellence across the organization.

The adecuado candidate has deep expertise in AWS, TypeScript, AWS Lambda, Amazon EventBridge, and React, with a strong background in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and modern software engineering practices.

Sr Cloud Engineer
Design and architect highly scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native applications using AWS services.

Lead the development of event-driven, serverless applications utilizing AWS Lambda, Amazon EventBridge, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and Step Functions.

Build and maintain backend services using TypeScript and Node.js.

Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React and modern frontend technologies.

Define cloud architecture standards, best practices,



and reusable frameworks across engineering teams.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, design sessions, and code reviews.

Drive infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Terraform).

Optimize application performance, scalability, availability, and cost efficiency within AWS.

Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch and other cloud-native monitoring tools.

Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational excellence standards.

Lead technical investigations, proof of concepts, and technology evaluations.
