Join a top-tier litigation firm with a reputation for courtroom excellence. We’re looking for a Legal Assistant with a focus on trial support to help our attorneys shine in the courtroom and beyond. What You’ll Do:

- Support attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, documents, and courtroom logistics
- Operate and troubleshoot trial tech equipment (computers, monitors, projectors, audiovisual tools)
- Present video depositions, electronic exhibits, and multimedia during trials
- Prepare exhibit binders, demonstratives, and visual aids for court
- Coordinate with witnesses and experts to ensure tech readiness
- File and serve pleadings during trial as needed
- Assist in real-time problem solving during hearings and proceedings
- Manage and track all trial-related tech tools and materials What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-oriented, focused, and reliable—especially under pressure
- Able to work extended hours and weekends during trial periods
- Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 35–50 lbs (e.g., trial binders, equipment)
- Prior courtroom or litigation support experience preferred
- Familiarity with trial software (e.g., TrialDirector, Sanction, ExhibitView) a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent legal/technical experience Pay: $25.00–$27.00/hour (depending on experience) - 401(k)
