Remote Intake Specialist – U.S. Call Center Experience Required

Pay: $4/hr -$5.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses

Sessoms Law Group helps families navigate important legal matters with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. We are hiring experienced Intake Specialists to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients.

This is a phone-intensive position. You will spend most of your workday handling inbound and outbound calls, gathering information, following up with leads, documenting conversations, and scheduling qualified consultations.

Required Qualifications

You must have:

- Prior call center experience supporting a U.S.-based company
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Strong customer service, intake, appointment-setting, or sales experience
- Confidence speaking with potential clients and asking follow-up questions
- Excellent listening, note-taking, and data-entry skills
- The ability to meet call, follow-up, and appointment-setting goals
- A reliable computer, professional headset, quiet workspace, and stable high-speed internet
- Consistent attendance and confirmed availability for your assigned shift

Legal intake experience is helpful but not required.

Available Shifts

We are hiring for:





- Monday–Friday office hours
- After-hours and weekends
- Weekends only
