As we strengthen our presence in Latin America, we are looking for an experienced and driven Horticulture Sales Representative to join our team in Peru, focusing on the country’s dynamic horticulture sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage long-term relationships with customers inPeru
- Promote and sell Oboya Horticulture’s product portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities and market potential
- Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms, and close sales
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Cooperate closely with international sales and support teams
- Represent Oboya Horticulture at trade fairs and industry events

Requirements





- Proven experience in sales, preferably in horticulture, agriculture, or related sectors
- Good knowledge of the Peru horticultural market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel within Peru
- Fluent Spanish and good command of English (spoken and written)
- Valid driving license
