About the Role

S4L Partners is a growing U.S.-based recruiting and staffing agency that supports multiple clients across a variety of industries and positions throughout the United States.

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter / Recruiting Lead with 6+ years of professional agency recruiting experience, specifically recruiting for U.S.-based clients. This is a hands-on senior role responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple client accounts while also helping oversee our existing LATAM sourcing team.

Our client searches span a wide range of industries and positions, with frequent and important recruiting needs in legal/attorney, C-suite/executive, public sector, and municipal roles. Candidates must have meaningful agency recruiting experience in these areas, in addition to broader recruiting experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle agency recruiting from sourcing through offer and placement
- Recruit across multiple clients, industries, and position types
- Recruit attorneys, legal professionals, C-suite/executive candidates, public sector professionals, municipal employees, and other specialized roles
- Develop sourcing strategies and proactively headhunt qualified candidates
- Conduct phone/video interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Present qualified candidates and recommendations to U.S. clients
- Manage multiple client searches, candidate pipelines, and ATS activity
- Maintain excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Provide day-to-day direction and oversight to our existing LATAM sourcer
- Review sourcing activity and candidate quality and help improve recruiting processes
- Assist with compensation discussions, negotiations, and closing candidates

Qualifications





- 6+ years of professional AGENCY recruiting experience (corporate/internal HR recruiting alone does not meet this requirement)
- Significant experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients
- Proven agency recruiting experience with attorneys/legal professionals
- Proven agency recruiting experience with C-suite/executive-level candidates
- Proven agency recruiting experience with public sector, government, or municipal positions
- Flawless written and spoken English
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Experience managing multiple client requisitions independently
- Experience with ATS and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Pin.com, Indeed, ZoomInfo, or similar
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
- Self-starter who can work autonomously without constant supervision
- Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership
- Experience working in a recruiting agency environment with multiple clients and competing priorities

Compensation & Benefits
