Senior Technical Program Team Lead

MEDLIFE is a nonprofit that partners with low-income communities in Latin America and Africa to improve access to healthcare, education, and community development. We work with students from around the world to help them advocate for social justice.

About the role

You will own MEDLIFE's RevOps portfolio: leading cross-functional teams, fixing broken processes, and delivering scalable systems, trusted data, internal applications, integrations, automation, and AI solutions.

This is a leadership role. You will manage people, prioritize a full project portfolio, and be accountable for delivery and adoption.

What you will do

- Lead and coach internal teams. Set goals, delegate, resolve blockers, and hold people accountable for results.
- Own intake, prioritization, roadmap, and delivery cadence across systems, process, data, applications, automation, and AI initiatives.
- Run projects end to end: problem definition, milestones, dependencies, risks, rollout, adoption, and measurable results.
- Map current processes and design future workflows with clear owners, controls, and metrics.
- Facilitate architecture reviews, challenge weak designs and estimates, and guide technical decisions on HubSpot and our data warehouse/lakehouse.
- Manage vendors and consultants, and lead change management so new systems are actually adopted.

What you bring

- 5+ years in technical program/project management, RevOps systems, or process improvement, including 3+ years leading teams,



vendors, or cross-functional programs.
- Proven people leadership: delegating, coaching, and holding teams accountable.
- Degree in Business/Finance combined with a technical degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related).
- Advanced / native-equivalent level of English and Spanish.
- Technical judgment to review architecture and data models and challenge estimates, without being the primary developer.
- Experience with Databricks or a comparable cloud warehouse/lakehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Experience leading production applications and integrations (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, CI/CD).
- Experience with CRM and lifecycle systems. HubSpot strongly preferred.
- Real use of AI tools or LLM APIs in at least one production workflow.

Nice to have:PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certification. Experience with Spark, Delta Lake, AWS/GCP/Azure. Experience with LLM APIs, RAG, or AI agents. Nonprofit, education, or healthcare experience.
