We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to deliver outstanding support to our U.S.-based customers. This is a remote position for professionals based in Central or South America, aligned to U.S. Central Time hours. This role is perfect for those who are empathetic, solutions-focused, and committed to creating positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy.
Resolve customer issues related to products, services, or orders efficiently.
Issue Tracking & Resolution:
Log and manage tickets in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated concerns.
Customer Satisfaction:
Provide clear and accurate information tailored to the customer’s needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-through.

Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in English,



both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
Proficiency in customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar.
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
Patient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
