About the Role The Logistics Coordinator is a remote role focused on coordinating shipments and supporting daily logistics operations.

You will coordinate ocean, air, and ground freight, monitor shipment timelines, manage documentation, and help ensure shipping and compliance requirements are met. You will communicate with customers, carriers, and logistics partners, provide timely updates, resolve shipment-related issues,



and help keep operations running smoothly.

The role also involves maintaining accurate shipment records and keeping operational information up to date in our systems.

Qualifications

- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or international shipping.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of supply chain and international trade.

- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

- Comfortable learning and using logistics systems and digital tools.

- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or equivalent), including strong spoken communication skills, and professional proficiency in Spanish.

- Relevant education or professional training in logistics, supply chain, international trade, or a related field.
