At Quilla Resources, we are seeking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end Supply Chain strategy, ensuring the timely and efficient sourcing of goods and services, effective contract management, inventory optimization, and logistics excellence.

This is a strategic leadership role with direct impact on the operational continuity of Chapi Mining Unit, cost optimization and the development of a resilient and sustainable supply chain.

Responsibilities

- Define and implement the sourcing and procurement strategy for goods, materials, equipment and services required by the mining operation.
- Lead strategic tenders, negotiations and contract awards, ensuring competitive commercial and technical conditions.
- Develop supply strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure operational continuity.
- Oversee the lifecycle management of critical contracts, including performance, renewals, renegotiations and close-out.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with key suppliers and monitor their performance.
- Lead logistics, warehousing, material reception, dispatch and distribution to operational areas.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels while minimizing stockout and overstock risks and optimizing working capital.
- Manage the Supply Chain budget and lead cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
- Implement Supply Chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement, digitalization and process automation.
- Lead,



develop and evaluate the Supply Chain team, fostering a high-performance culture and strong collaboration across Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Projects and other areas.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- A specialization or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement or Business Administration is desirable.
- 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain within the mining industry.
- At least 5 years leading Procurement, Logistics and Contracts functions.
- Proven experience in open-pit and/or underground mining operations.
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing, contract management, inventory management, imports and international trade, warehouse management. and supply chain risk management.
- Experience negotiating EPC, EPCM, mining services and critical equipment supply contracts.
- Advanced English is required.
- Strong Excel and Word skills; Power BI or other analytical tools are desirable.
- Experience with an integrated ERP system (Oracle, SAP) is desirable.
