? Location: Trujillo, Lima or Arequipa – Peru

? Schedule: Rotative shifts 24x7

? Employment Type: Full-time

? International support environment

? What will you do?

?️ Provide Level 1 technical support and incident resolution

? Register, monitor, and manage tickets using ticketing tools

☁️ Support infrastructure environments (Windows / Linux / Unix)

? Assist cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

? Communicate with users in both Spanish and English

? Escalate incidents efficiently to higher support levels when required

✅ What are we looking for?

✔️ +1 year of experience in technical support or server administration

✔️ Knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix environments

✔️ Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc.)





✔️ Basic to intermediate cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

✔️ Fluent English speaking (IT IS A MUST)

✔️ Availability to work in rotating 24x7 shifts

✔️ Residence in Trujillo, Lima, or Arequipa
