KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training & Capability Building




- Acquire strong knowledge and understanding of the organization's products, services, customers, competitors, and sales techniques.
- Develop strategic training plan for sales force P&G; Health Perform medical detailing diagnosis and develop a training program that focuses on product knowledge, sales techniques and skills.
- Analyze team performance to evaluate training effectiveness and design follow-up or ongoing programs as needed.
- Develop training materials, communications and learning sessions that drive execution excellence.
- Work in collaboration with the RBU (region), to implement regional training strategies and methodologies providing feedback related to team adoption.
- Ensure completion of mandatory trainings and reinforcement of stewardship culture.
- Lead onboarding for new hires of medical detailing team when needed.
- Build/maintain dashboards/reports to identify execution gaps and improvement opportunitie
