Hours: On-Call, Casual

Salary: The current wage starts from$25.95 per hour. Funding for wage increases, retroactive toApril 2026, will adjust thestartingwage to$27.53 per hour once implemented.

We are looking for a Community Living Worker to join our Sources Community Living Services team This individual must be passionate, engaging, and empathetic about working with people.

Description of Position:

Sources Community Living provides all-encompassing care for individuals who have been referred to us by Community Living British Columbia. We are currently recruiting for a casual Community Living Worker to work in the day services program that operates Monday to Friday, 9 am-3 pm. This program supports individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health-related needs to access recreational, social, and employment aspirations. Our mission is to enable the pursuit of the best quality of life possible for our clients. We do this by fostering independence, well-being, and social participation.
