Support for People process as recruitment, hiring, organizational changes, Young Professional's Program at Panama Office, SCI Panama (Samsung Culture Index) planning and activities, among others. Support in the vendors selection processes of People team area and creation in the corresponding systems. Reporting and deliverables related to the HRBP area such as Weekly report, payroll inputs among others. Support to any activity related to the People Team.

Responsible for selection, hiring and onboarding process.
