Sherpa Food Tours has been awarded the #1 Food Experience in the World by Tripadvisor (2024 & 2026), and we are growing our team in Lima. We are looking for passionate, charismatic, and knowledgeable individuals to lead unforgettable culinary experiences in Miraflores. If you love storytelling, food, and connecting with people from around the world, this role is for you.

About the role
As a Food Experience Host, you will guide small groups through carefully curated culinary journeys, combining history, culture, and outstanding local flavors. This is a part-time position (2–3 tours per week, mornings and/or afternoons).

Key responsibilities
• Lead engaging and well-organized food experiences in Miraflores
• Share compelling stories about Peru’s history and culinary identity
• Deliver exceptional customer service in English
• Coordinate closely with the Tour Manager and maintain accurate records
• Ensure every guest leaves with a memorable and meaningful experience





What we’re looking for
• Professional-level English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Peruvian history, culture, and gastronomy
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
• Confident group management abilities
• Genuine passion for food and hospitality
