AECOM is seeking for an experiencedTalent and Leadership Development Partner for employment in Lima, Peru.

The role sits within the award-winning Global Talent and Technical Development Team, responsible for designing and delivering best-in-class leadership development solutions across AECOM.

We are a highly collaborative team of practitioners who design, facilitate, and coach in both virtual and in-person environments globally. We focus on delivering highly interactive, experiential learning across the full career lifecycle—from early career high potentials to senior leaders and future executives.

We are seeking an expert facilitator based in Peruwho can deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences virtually and in person, while also contributing to program design and continuous improvement.
