Who are we hiring?

The Coordinator, Content Operations is responsible for the intake, organization, trafficking, ingestion, and programming of digital content across Sphere’s digital display ecosystem. This role supports the movement and organization of digital media originating from Sphere Studios, external creative partners, vendors, and clients, ensuring all assets are accurately catalogued, validated, and deployed to the appropriate playback systems.





In addition to digital asset management responsibilities, the Coordinator, Content Operations performs routine operational inspections of display systems, assists with basic troubleshooting of playback and display hardware, and supports the ongoing reliability of Sphere’s visual presentation systems.

Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.

What will you do?
- Coordinate the receipt, validation, organization, ingestion, and deployment of digital assets from internal creative teams, Sphere Studios, external vendors, and clients.
- Assist in the cataloging, archiving, taxonomy, and lifecycle of digital media assets.
