We are a Professional Services Outsourcing Company serving businesses in the U.S. and Canada, primarily within the construction sector. We recruit, train, and develop professionals, providing advisory and operational support to ensure high standards of performance, communication, and quality.

Role Overview

Provide accurate and efficient cost estimation support by analyzing project plans, technical specifications, and construction requirements while preparing quantity take-offs, budgets, and proposals. Support project planning and decision-making through detailed cost analysis, coordination with stakeholders, and effective use of construction technologies and digital tools.

Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, budgets, and project proposals based on plans and technical specifications.
- Review blueprints, drawings, project addenda, and construction documentation across multiple disciplines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to obtain pricing and ensure project alignment.
- Maintain project tracking, reporting, and documentation throughout the estimation and bidding process.
- Create and optimize templates, workflows, and processes to improve estimation efficiency and accuracy.
- Continuously develop knowledge of U.S. construction systems, regulations, and industry practices.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in estimating, quantity take-offs, budgeting, or construction project analysis.

Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings across multiple disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, civil, roofing, etc.).

Experience supporting projects in U.S. construction environments is a plus.





Technical Skills

Required:

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of quantity take-offs, budgeting, and cost estimation methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with estimation and take-off software (Planswift, Bluebeam, Estimating Edge).
- Familiarity with design and drafting tools (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Intermediate English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and data interpretation skills.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of U.S. construction systems, codes, and workflows.
- Familiarity with roofing systems and Florida construction standards.
- Project scheduling and production planning knowledge.
- Basic CRM knowledge.

- Strong organization and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Tools & Software Required: Microsoft Office, Estimating Edge, Planswift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, CRM platforms.

Preferred: MS Project, JobNimbus, Pipedrive, Plan Reader, AI productivity tools.

Nice to Have: Experience with U.S. construction platforms and project management tools.
