The Sphere Event Security Supervisor will be accountable for providing an exceptional guest experience throughout Sphere as it relates to event security. This role will focus on partnering within Venues, and across functions, to get work done through others in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Reporting to the Manager of Security, the Event Security Supervisor is responsible for the supervision, coordination, and leadership of event security personnel during daily operations and live events. This role requires strength in people management, attention to detail, decision‑making under pressure, and the ability to lead by example while delivering exceptional service and maintaining safety in complex, fast‑paced environments.
