JGM Innovation is a nonprofit talent accelerator operating in the USA and Peru. We find high-potential youth in underserved communities and bridge the gap between overlooked talent and real economic opportunity. We do this through academic and athletic competitions, an Agile workforce accelerator, scholarships, and food drives.

Google has awarded us a $10,000/month Google Ad Grant , and we're looking for a volunteer who can turn that budget into real impact: more donors, more student applications, and more awareness for our programs.

What you'll do

- Manage our Google Ad Grants account: campaign structure, keywords, ad copy, and bidding
- Set up and verify conversion tracking (Google Ads tag, GA4, Google Tag Manager) so we can measure what works
- Build campaigns for donations, our Workforce Accelerator internships, and program awareness
- Launch and manage Spanish-language campaigns targeting Peru
- Report monthly on impressions, clicks, conversions, and grant utilization
- Keep the account compliant with Google Ad Grants policies (CTR minimums, keyword quality rules)

What we're looking for





- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (search campaigns); Google Ad Grants experience is a big plus
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Spanish proficiency strongly preferred — several campaigns will run in Peru
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely with a small, fast-moving team
- Roughly 4–6 hours per week, on your schedule
