As a
Trainer
, where you'll deliver engaging training programs for new hires, product updates, and ongoing learning initiatives. You'll facilitate classroom and virtual sessions, coach learners, track performance, and partner with Operations to ensure employees are ready for success.

What you'll do:
- Deliver impactful training using adult learning methodologies
- Coach and mentor new employees throughout training
- Monitor learner performance and provide feedback
- Support the transition from training to production
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive learning excellence

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of training,



facilitation, or learning & development experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions

Location:
On-site, San Borja (Chacarilla)

Schedule:
48 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract:
Directly with Concentrix (Planilla Completa)
